• Client found Not Guilty of 15 counts of Federal Government Fraud (in- excess of $1.5 Million);

• Client charged with multi-ton cocaine federal drug conspiracy received 5- year sentence;

• Canadian government official charged with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The U.S. District Court ordered the Indictment dismissed.  The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed;

• Client found Not Guilty of Driving While Intoxicated;

• Client charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Case dismissed;

• Client charged with State drug offenses: possession with intent to distribute marijuana greater than two hundred pounds and possession of cocaine in two South Texas counties. State District Courts dismiss the cases.

• Client charged with Probation Violation for Felon in Possession of a Firearm while on probation for four aggravated robberies. Client was indicted for Felon in Possession of a Firearm.  The prosecutor’s office and probation office withdrew the four Motions to Revoke Probation.  The prosecutors and defense agreed to a plea bargain agreement and the Client received a sentence of two- years- probation for Felon in Possession of a Firearm;

• Client, a tattoo artist, charged with a misdemeanor offense of tattooing a minor while on probation for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The prosecutors and probation office agreed to continue the client on probation.  The State Court ordered the misdemeanor dismissed.

• Client indicted for multiple drug possession offenses, burglary of a habitation, and felon in possession of a firearm while on probation for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Client received probation for all charges and the prosecutor and the probation office agreed to withdraw the Motion to Revoke Probation.

• Client indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (the victim suffered serious brain injuries). Client received probation.
